We can't look up or change your benefits. For a missing or wrong payment, contact the paying agency directly:

• Social Security and SSI: ssa.gov or 1-800-772-1213
• VA benefits: va.gov or 1-800-827-1000
• Tax refunds: IRS Where's My Refund

Never share your Social Security number or bank details with anyone who contacts you claiming to be from a government agency. We will never ask for them.
